Program Development

Effective programs must meet the needs of the target audience while maintaining alignment with the funding requirements that support the program. The very best programs become self-sustaining once they have become properly established.

R. T. Fisher & Associates partners with clients to understand both the program objectives and the funding imperatives. Often our clients know where they are starting and where they want to arrive but need the help of someone who understands the landscape and can help them create the roadmap for the journey even in the face of budgetary constraints.

As we work together to create that roadmap, that plan, we always keep the ultimate goal in mind. Programs are designed to help real people, and in the case of our clients, those real people are considered by many to be part of a population that has the greatest potential: young people. But our clients often can't continue to help their clients unless programs are developed that also meet the needs of the funding organization, and so our plans stress both effectiveness and accountability.
